Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of majority in your jurisdiction, to purchase products from Glowsphere Beauty. By using our services, you represent that you meet this requirement and that all information you provide is accurate and complete.

Products and orders

Glowsphere Beauty is an official retailer of authentic beauty, skincare, and personal care products. We strive to display product colors, textures, and descriptions as accurately as possible. Screen settings may cause variations.

All orders are subject to acceptance and availability. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order, including orders that appear fraudulent, contain errors in pricing or product information, or exceed quantity limits. If your order is cancelled after payment, we will issue a full refund.

Pricing and payment

Prices are listed in Nigerian Naira (NGN) unless otherwise stated and do not include applicable taxes or shipping unless noted at checkout.

Payment is due at the time of purchase. We accept bank transfer and other methods displayed at checkout. By submitting payment information, you authorize us to charge the total order amount including tax and shipping.

Shipping and delivery

We offer nationwide delivery across Nigeria, as well as walk-in purchases at our Utako studio. Estimated delivery times are provided at checkout and are not guaranteed. Risk of loss passes to you upon delivery to the carrier.

Please inspect packages upon arrival and contact us promptly regarding damage or missing items. We are not responsible for delays caused by carriers, customs, weather, or events outside our reasonable control.

Returns and refunds

If you are unsatisfied with a product purchased from us, contact our team at the details below. Return eligibility depends on the product condition and original packaging.

Refunds are issued to the original payment method after we receive and inspect returned items. Shipping costs on returns may be deducted unless the return is due to our error or a defective product.

All content on this website, including text, images, logos, and the Glowsphere Beauty brand, is owned by Glowsphere Beauty or our licensors and protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. Limitation of liability

Our total liability for any claim arising from these Terms or your use of our services shall not exceed the amount you paid to Glowsphere Beauty for the product or service giving rise to the claim during the twelve months preceding the claim.

Governing law and disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of Federal Republic of Nigeria, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Any dispute arising from these Terms or your use of our services shall be resolved in the courts of the Federal Capital Territory, Abuja, and you consent to personal jurisdiction in those courts.
